Project Report
NPO Mamano Amazonia would like to report that the Green Fund project, “Tropical Forest Conservation with 6,000 Wild Cacao and Native Trees,” received generous support from LOSALIADOS and American Bird Conservancy.
Thanks to the support of these two organizations, we were able to move the project forward smoothly and plant approximately 6,000 trees in the primary forest of the Ecuadorian Amazon.
We are deeply grateful for their support and cooperation.
About the Green Fund Project
This project aims to contribute to tropical forest conservation in the Ecuadorian Amazon by planting wild cacao and native tree species. Through tree planting and continued collaboration with local communities, the project supports the protection of forest ecosystems and the livelihoods of families practicing Amazonian chakra agroforestry.
For NPO Mamano Amazonia, planting trees is not only an environmental activity. It is also a way to support a future in which forests, biodiversity, and family farmers can continue to coexist.
